- help plan events such as photoshoots and events to engage students

created and reviewed applications for the design team as well as other departments
hosted weekly design meetings and mentored junior designers
communicated with other departments to get content was in on time to ensure there were no delays in content creation
met with multiple printing companies to determine what company to go with to best fit our needs for this issue within our budget
assisted promotions team with designs advertising our events and new issues
assisted in planning and set up for our launch party debuting Volume 3 Issue 1: Nostalgia
